Some of the levels have the same songs, which is ok, but I would much rather have different songs for each stage. I really enjoy the boss music at the end of each stage. I can tell they really put a lot of dedication into this part of the game. So, for the fantastic graphics that this game has produced, I will give this game's graphics a solid 10/10! Sound The tracks for this game are fantastic. The developers really seem to have excelled in this area. The backgrounds are very nicely done, and Batman and Robin both have their appropriate colors on. The graphics throughout the levels just seem to get better and better. For example, when you move your ship towards either the top of the screen or the bottom, the buildings scroll with you, as if you were actually in the plane. I really liked the horizontal shooter level's graphics where you atop the city of Gotham in the Bat plane, mowing down some baddies in the air. So, without further ado, let's dive right into this review! Graphics Oh man, these graphics are awesome! They really push the hardware for the Genesis to the limit. Both modes go beyond what most Genesis games tried to do.

But not every game needs to be master-able by every skill level. There should be achievements for every skill level. Mastering a game should be a real challenge, not a casual playthrough. I actually think its cool when there's games like Alien Crush and Devils Crush where only Sarconius and 1 or 2 others have mastered it. In my opinion its for MASTERS of the game. I reject the opinion that you shouldn't have hard achievements because "it makes it hard to master the game." You don't HAVE to master the game. There are good suggestions in the official forum topic, but it just never happened.Īs for the the No Death playthrough discussion here, I think difficult challenges are fine. I agree with others that this set needs a revision.
